The hawker stalls don't have menus so it's a bit of a guessing game when you are ordering food. You just have to look at what is in the stall and point. Colin often points to the strangest looking thing he can see, just to try it. At least the satay man had a sign even though he is probably the only one that doesn't need it, as it's pretty obvious!
